Villa Neda paikallistuu Makarskan rannikkokaupungissa rauhallisella paikalla, jota ympäröi Välimeren kasvillisuus. Siellä on ilmainen Wi-Fi, ilmainen pysäköintihallimahdollisuus ja puutarha, jossa on grilli. Pikkukivien peittämä ranta on 300 metrin päässä. Kaikissa majoitusyksiköissä on ilmastointi, satelliitti-tv ja täysin tarjoaa minikeittiö. Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja ilmaisia kylpytuotteita, ja kaikissa majoitusyksiköissä on niin ikään parveke. Vain 20 metrin päässä on ruokakauppa, ja kaupungin keskustassa 500 metrin päässä on lukuisia ravintoloita. Läheisellä rannalla on liikuntapaikkoja, ravintoloita ja baareja. Keskustaan on lyhyt kävelymatka rantakatua pitkin. Keskustassa voidaan järjestää retkiä ja päiväretkiä Dubrovnikiin, Hvariin ja Splitiin. Biokovon luonnonpuisto tarjoaa lukuisia vaellusmahdollisuuksia. Linja-autoasema asemoi kaupungin keskustassa, ja Splitin lentokentälle on 70 km:n matka. Bussikuljetus on saatavilla lisämaksusta.

The highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking sea view — we enjoyed spending time there every day. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and the center of Makarska. Parking was convenient, and everything was very well organized. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we would be happy to return!"

"Wonderful apartments on a quiet street in Makarska. There are shops and bakeries nearby. The sea is easily reached on foot in 8-10 minutes. The road from the beach goes up a little bit, but the slope is small. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, stove, air conditioning, kettle, coffee maker. You can cook your own food, there are all the necessary utensils. The apartment is very clean. The owners (Tomislav and his wife Źeljana) help to solve any issue. On the first day Tomislav showed us the best places to visit on the map. His recommendations were super."

"We had a wonderful time at this location. the owner is very attentive to details, he gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant, relaxing but also full of activities stay. we warmly recommend it. the apartment was very well equipped, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, pots, plates, cups, coffee machine, kettle, etc. We've asked for baby crib and they had it. we felt like home. I do appreciate all the effort made to keep it clean and for offering such a pleasant way to spend our stay."
