Residenza Fermi on intiimi majoituspaikka, joka sijoitettu roomalaisella asuinalueella 200 metrin päässä Viale Marconi -ostoskadulta. Se tarjoaa yksinkertaisesti kalustettuja huoneita, joissa on satelliittikanavilla omistaa LCD-TV. Fermin sviitit ovat ilmastoituja, ja niissä on jääkaappi, tallelokero ja oma kylpyhuone. Osaan huoneista kuuluu parveke. Majoituspaikkaa vastapäätä sijaitsevassa Glamour Caféssa on tarjolla italialainen aamiaisvaihtoehto, johon kuuluu cappuccinoa tai teetä sekä leivonnaisia. Alueella on useita ravintoloita, pizzerioita ja jäätelöbaareja. Majoituspaikka on 250 metrin päässä Città del Guston ruoka- ja viinikeskuksesta ja 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Mollinarin teatterikoulusta. Se on 10 minuutin bussimatkan päässä Trasteverestä ja Porta Portesella sunnuntaisin järjestettäviltä suosituilta katumarkkinoilta.

"Very friendly helpful staff. The room is basic, but everything necessary is there - the room is cleaned every day, the bed if comfortable, private bathroom, TV, good WiFi. Nice residential area - no tourist crowds. Many good restaurants, cafes, bars around, including an excellent restaurant just next door. A big shopping street is just at 5 min walking distance."

"La zona residenziale è molto tranquilla ed è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici per la stazione e il centro città. Essendo una ragazza che viaggia da sola, ho trovato la zona molto sicura. Il ristorante sottostante la struttura è ideale per fare pranzo/cena; il bar di fronte è convenzionato per la colazione. Do notte, la struttura è molto silenziosa, con il clima mite ho dormito tranquillamente con la finestra aperta."
