"L'appartement est superbe. Tout y est même le lave-linge. Tout est neuf. Le parking est au sous-sol. Pour la situation on peut difficilement mieux faire. Quasiment sur le boulevard principal de la ville et à 3 mn des quais et à 5 mn à pied de la vieille ville."

"Konumu merkezi ve kapalı otoparkı Budva merkezinde büyük avantaj. Eski şehre yürüyerek 10 dakikada ulaşılabilir. Ev sade ve şık döşenmiş. Rahat ve temiz."

"Tolles Appartement im Zentrum . Man ist in ein paar Gehminuten in der schönen Altstadt und auch die Strände im Ort sind fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen . Supermärkte gibt es mehrere um die Ecke sowie Restaurants und Geschäfte . Der kostenlose Tiefgaragenplatz ist ein super Pluspunkt. Das Appartement ist im 7. OG mit seitlichem kleinen Blick auf das Meer . Jeden zweiten Tag werden die Handtücher gewechselt und einmal in der Woche die Bettwäsche"
"Leider sind die Stühle auf dem Balkon so unbequem, dass langes draußen sitzen nicht möglich war . Es fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine oder wenigstens eine French press."
"Apartament położony jest ok. 100 m od plaży. Znajduje się na 7 piętrze z widokiem wprost na nowo wybudowany apartamentowiec, choć z boku widać morze. Adres podany w Bookingu nie jest dokładny (Sprat 7 to piętro 7).Najlepiej kierować się na sąsiadujący hotel Fontana lub tu https://maps.app.goo.gl/bKjTz93oj6Hddafr9 Czysty, komfortowy, wyposażony prawie wzorowo. Posiada miejsce w garażu podziemnym z zamykanym szlabanem., co jest istotne w Budvie. Niekiedy występują trudności z przywołaniem windy (wciskać trzeba kilka razy z dużą siłą).. Ale najważniejsze obecnie jest to, że apartamentem opiekuje się nieoceniona p. Ewelina. Jej profesjonalne podejście do klienta powoduje, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie p. Ewelinę."
