Santarémin perinteisissä valkoisissa rakennuksissa sijaitseva Hotel Umu on hiljattain remontoitu, ja siellä on ilmainen WiFi. Parque da Ribeira -puisto, josta on näkymät Tejojoelle, on vain 3 km:n päässä. Umu-hotellin ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksinkertainen järjestely ja parveke. Tarjolla on ilmainen yksityinen pysäköintimahdollisuus, ja Santarémin rautatieasemalle on 2,6 km. Lissabonin Portelan kansainvälinen lentoasema on 50 minuutin ajomatkan päässä hotellilta.

"It's a very good hotel located inside Santarém, and a short ride to the events and business center. Perfect for a business stay. The breakfast had all standard Continental breakfast items, including some better cheeses. Very good for what I would expect from this hotel."

"Just a suggestion, Breakfast was good, but could do with some more choice of hot food, it was the same hot food for three days we were there. Lots of disturbance one early morning... for over an hour..a group of people outside the hotel checking in.... understand staff on duty couldn't do anything about it. But overall the stay was good 😊"

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
