"Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a bad decision - the reviews are really true. I ordered octopus and my wife ordered something meaty - it was absolutely not tasty and, moreover, not worth the money. It might be better to find a restaurant nearby for dinner. TV without Netflix."
"The pousada was in an amazing historic building - there are modern touches to add to the comfort. The room was comfortable and has 2 sinks which was convenient. The breakfast was nice and we had mimosas. There are really nice spaces to relax and have a drink - special mention goes to the bar"
"There are steps and stairs everywhere so would advise bringing smaller luggage. The staff are always on hand to help with luggage which was great."

"Quiet, clean, comfy, friendly, good breakfast that has everything one could think of. Hikers of the fisherman trail should consider the small detour to reach this outstanding place. We hitched there and the very friendly hosts drove us back the next morning (~2km)."
