"We have stayed here many times, staff on reception are always so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean, good breakfast. Central location for walking into town and next door to the Vie shopping centre and directly opposite Dom Carlos park."

"Location was excellent for visiting Caldas da Rainha & the surrounding area. Well appointed rooms, that were comfortable with plenty of room. Quiet at night-time for sleeping. Good bathroom facilities & space for clothes & bags. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a very good choice of all items to suit everyone. Food was tasty & the cooked items were hot and the options were replenished when necessary. Efficient arrangement for the paid parking in the centre adjacent to the property."
"Not many plugs & lack of USB points. When checking in we were advised that Tea & Coffee was provided in room for first day but we would need to pay for any additional items for the other days we were staying. This seems unnecessary & unexpected, in most hotels you get at least one tea bag / coffee pod per person for each day you stay. Still, if you make sure you pick up an extra tea bag at buffet breakfast for the next day you can have a morning or evening drink 😉"

"A beautiful building with lovely public spaces and a comfortable room. There is a wonderful antique horse drawn carriage in reception. Hotel is in a great location next to the wonderful public park."
"Breakfast was in a beautiful room and was good. However the hot plates for the bacon and scrambled eggs etc were not the best for keeping the food hot."
