We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

"This apartment is well kept, very clean, comfortable, with all facilities at high level and abundancy. Interior very nice and cozy. SPECTACULAR views from the terrace, definitely that makes this apartment special. The hosts very nice people, very attentive and helpful. Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous . The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing. I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything . I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

"The location is perfect; you just cross the street and you're on a great beach. The room is comfortable. They were incredibly kind and left a lovely little gift in my room for my birthday. "Siisteys on viiden tähden hotellien tasoa. Siivous ovilapulla pyydettäessä, ainakaan itse en kaipaa päivittäistä siivousta. Jalkasuihku jokaisen sisäänkäynnin luona ja harja kuistilla nii ei tule hiekkaa sisälle. Lisäksi kulkuväylät pidetään hiekattomina. Kun huone siivotaan niin se myös tehdään kunnolla, suihkuverhon vaihtoa myöten. Sijainti on erittäin hyvä lähellä rantaa."

Palveluita ei ole lukuunottamatta juomia vastaanotossa. Ei kyllä tarvittukaan. Huone on pienehkö mutta riittävä kahdelle.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.

Rooms a bit small, 2 small elevators for all the people take some time. There is an huge amount of food but i for exampme dont eat meat, there is 10 diferent meat plates and only 1 fish option.
