"Siisteys on viiden tähden hotellien tasoa. Siivous ovilapulla pyydettäessä, ainakaan itse en kaipaa päivittäistä siivousta. Jalkasuihku jokaisen sisäänkäynnin luona ja harja kuistilla nii ei tule hiekkaa sisälle. Lisäksi kulkuväylät pidetään hiekattomina. Kun huone siivotaan niin se myös tehdään kunnolla, suihkuverhon vaihtoa myöten. Sijainti on erittäin hyvä lähellä rantaa."

Palveluita ei ole lukuunottamatta juomia vastaanotossa. Ei kyllä tarvittukaan. Huone on pienehkö mutta riittävä kahdelle.

Ruoka oli hyvää ja laadukasta, mutta hieman mautonta. Se olisi kaivannut enemmän mausteita.

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

Rakennukset kauniita, kaksikerroksisia, vehreällä sisäpihalla varustettuja. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli monipuolinen, jossa tarjolla mm. kokkien tekemiä munakkaita, lettuja yms."

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.
