"Hotellin allasalue on hieno. Allas on suuri ja alueelle paistaa aurinko melkein koko päivän. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla. Hotellin kahviosta saa ostaa hyvän aamiaisen, jos se ei kuulu huoneen hintaan."

"Neljän vuoden tauon jälkeen hotelli oli mennyt alaspäin kovasti. Huoneet ja yleiset tilat olivat kuluneet, pyyhkeet olivat ohuet. Allasalueen aurinkotuolit rikkinäiset ja linnunulosteessa, altaan vesi roskainen. Suihkun vedenpaine todella huono ja vesi muuttui kylmästä tulikuumaksi, pesuallas ei vetänyt kunnolla. Hotellia aletaan kuulemma remontoida tänä vuonna ja remontti tulee todella tarpeeseen. Kannattaa pitää huoneen tallelokero lukittuna, eikä vain kiinni; meiltä hävisi rahaa (omaa tyhmyyttä) Hotellin johtaja hoiti asian hienosti, vaikka emme rahoja takaisin saaneetkaan."

"Very good choice to recover after a long flight (if you travel to Ko Chang or Koh Samet this a very good option). The room was big, clean and comfortable. Many services at disposal like gym, swimmingpool and an amazing SPA. I reccomend to have a massage, maybe a little bit expensive compare to normal prices but it really worth it. The masseur is very professional and the spa is very beautiful (massage with warm oil, so good). Close to Hotel on the left you have some good place to eat super yummi fish"

"We liked the room, especially the mural. All the staff seemed busy - all the time. We ate at the evening seafood buffet, which was good but the tables were badly laid out - if there had been anyone at the next table, I wouldn't have been about to get out of my seat."

"It's a good hotel but I think it's overpriced. There was a conference on when we arrived and all the parking spaces were full, the spaces were angled and had cut 2 spaces in half per line. The smoke detector in the room flashed all night, the writing on the light switches was too small to read. It's a good hotel, let down by the worst feature of the area which is the filthy beach with too many deckchairs/umbrellas; & heavily congested [each afternoon] main beach road. The local beach restaurants had claimed parking on the main road as their own. The sand on the beach was filthy and there was a lot of trash."
