Hotellikokonaisuus sisältää Bangkokissa vilkkaan Nanan alueen keskellä. Grace-residenssissa on aamiaishuone, ulkolaguuni ja aurinkoterassi. Se on vain 260 metrin päässä Nana Plaza -ostoskeskuksesta ja 450 metrin päässä Nanan BTS-asemalta.
