Istanbulin keskusalueella sijaitseva Divan tarjoaa viihtyisää majoitusta modernissa rakennuksessa Taksimin alueella. Tässä luksushotellissa on designsisustus, turkkilainen sauna ja sisäuima-allas, joka on kooltaan puolet olympiastandardista. Asiakkaat voivat rentoutua Divan Istanbulin 1 800 m²:n spa-keskuksessa. Divan Istanbulin tilavissa huoneissa on nykyaikainen sisustusratkaisut ja ripaus perinteistä turkkilaista kulttuuria. Varustukseen kuuluu muun muassa LCD-TV, iPod-telakka ja minibaari. Divan Pub tarjoilee runsaan menun, johon kuuluu turkkilaisia ja kansainvälisiä ruokia. Asiakkaat voivat sen lisäksi rentoutua ainutlaatuisia turkkilaisia ja välimerellisiä herkkuja elegantissa Divan Lokantassa. Herkullisia cocktaileja tarjoillaan aulabaarissa. Japanilainen kulinaarinen universumi Maromi tarjoaa tyylikkäitä japanilaisia ruokia. Divan Patisseriessa voi rentoutua herkullisia leivonnaisia ja suklaata. Asiakkaat voivat treenata hyvin varustetussa kuntokeskuksessa ja rentoutua jälkeenpäin turkkilaisessa saunassa tai saunassa. Spa-keskuksessa on muuten tarjolla erilaisia hierontahoitoja. Vilkkaan Istiklal-kadun ja Taksim-aukion monet kaupat, taidegalleriat, ravintolat ja kahvilat ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä Divan Istanbulista. Vodafone Arena on kilometrin päässä ja Dolmabahcen palatsi 1,3 km:n päässä majoituspaikasta. Atatürkin lentoasema on 20 km:n päässä. Paikan päällä on sen lisäksi yksityinen pysäköintimahdollisuus, joka on käytettävissä lisämaksusta.

"I had a wonderful stay at Divan Istanbul and I believe it truly deserves 5 stars. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going out of their way to assist. The hotel has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated. For the price I paid, the value for money is outstanding."
"I wouldn't say there was anything I disliked, but there is definitely room for improvement in the breakfast area. The staff there seemed very stressed and rushed. I believe it’s important to start the day with a genuine smile from the heart, especially in the morning. Even if it was a busy week, a warmer and more relaxed attitude from the dining team would make the experience perfect."

"Everything from check-in to check-out (both carried out smoothly with professionalism and patience by Eren). The room was spacious and well-equipped. I was especially nice to find the Atelier Rebul products in the bathroom! I used the hotel spa. I didn't use the massage option, just the steam room, sauna, and hamam. Both the whole space and my experience were impeccable. Breakfast was also beyond perfect. Not too big but with a lot of options. Everything was fresh and tasty."

The service was outstanding — special thanks to our receptionist Samet D., who made everything easy and seamless, from a room upgrade to a late check-out and returning our deposit in the currency we preferred. We loved the breakfast, our room, and the stunning view, and also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Luggage storage was very convenient before our departure to the airport."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable."
"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"We recently stayed here and were thoroughly impressed. Firstly, the staff were truly excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was exactly what we needed: very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the breakfast, which was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. The location was another major plus. With easy access to main roads, it was the perfect base for exploring the area without being in a noisy city center. We had no complaints and will certainly be choosing this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."
