Marka Hotel perustettu Antalyan keskustassa ja tarjoaa 24h-vastaanoton sekä moderneja ja ilmastoituja huoneita ilmaisella WiFi:llä. Useita ostos- ja viihdekeskuksia perustettu kävelyetäisyydellä. Konyaaltin ranta on 3 km:n päässä residenssista. Marka-lomakeskusn huoneissa on parkettilattia, minijääkaappi ja taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja ilmaisia kylpytuotteita. Joissakin huoneissa on täysin ortopediset ranskalaiset vuoteet. Aulan myyntiautomaatista saa virvoitusjuomia. "Täydellinen sijainti jokaiseen kohteeseen. Kävelykatu 20m päässä, josta pääsi suoraan Vanhaan kaupunkiin. Turistiystävällinen ympäristö (oli Ramadan aika). Hyvät ostosmahdollisuudet."
