"Beautiful views overlooking the sea. I saw a rainbow. The facility is set up to be self servic but you can also order food off the menu. Elevated local food was excellent. The host was very attentive and accommodating where possible."

The pool was a bit cool so I did not use it.

"The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful."

The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people. I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

Det har ikke så meget med overnatningsstedet at gøre, men hvis man tager til øen i efteråret (jeg var der i oktober) er der ingen steder at gå ud, da alt er lukket. Det skal man huske da det bliver tidligt mørket og solen står sent op.

"Everything was just beautiful. We had hot weather but it was cool inside and the pool was great. Thé location was close to Normanville for morning swims. We loved the surrounding gardens and eating outside under the grapevines. Everything was good quality and well thought out. It was friendly and relaxing. We loved the personal art and objects collection around the house and the way it was so carefully restored. It was a privilege to be able to stay there with our friends from Sweden who also loved the experience."

There was nothing we didn’t like

This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

One room had quite an odour (mold probably) from the bathroom, but this is the norm in Sri Lanka usually. Not a big deal. Just close the door to the bathroom.

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."

Comfort of beds

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"Getting to the island was a mission, the ferries go when the ferries go! Nice welcome on arrival and excellent diving. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely to be away from the internet."

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.
