"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

"The villas are on private property just off the beach road that divides the property to peaceful lush gardens with villas and the beach side with pool, bar, outdoor shower and beach area. Villa has a spacious teracce that is perfect spot for relaxing and wildlife watching - birds, iguanas, parrots, butterflies, collibries - better than the Gilpin trail! :) Each villa has own host that met us at our arrival. She helped us to settle, showed us the house and next day she cooked the lunch for us as per our wish - the local cuisine - callaloo, cou cou and mahi mahi and it was delicious."

That we could not stay longer! :) And the fans above the bed were little fast, not able to slow them down.

"Odotukset majoituspaikan suhteen oli lähtökohtaisesti matalat. Paikka yllätti siisteydellään ja vehreydellä. Päätimme jatkaa majoitusta vielä 3 päivää lisää, koska olimme paikkaan erittäin tyytyväisiä. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja auttavaisia. Tämä ei ole 5 tähden resortti, mutta ottaen huomioon syrjäisen sijainnin ja olosuhteet niin paikka tuntui 5 tähden majoitukselta. Kuvat ovat huonommat kuin mitä huoneet / alueet ovat todellisuudessa."

5 tunnin sähkökatko joka päivä klo 11-16, mutta kun sen tietää niin ei haittaa yhtään.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"The house was spacious (can park approximately 6 cars), clean and equipped with all necessities. All furniture were new. Also, the host was so thoughtful to provide cooking ingredients including rice, eggs, sardines, shallots and chillies just in case we're hungry at night or for the sahur. My husband said we should rate this stay 12/10 :D Thank you Mr. Tajarazhar."

There was nothing that I didn't like. It was beyond my expectation. Perhaps, it would have been better if the host utilizes some space for a mini pool (for those with kids) or put indoor game facilities. But as for me and my teen children, it was great already.

"Rudy and his wife were amazing. I would definitely recommend Tropical Sands. When you've been out all day exploring the island this little paradise is ideal to come back to, quiet and tranquil next to the beach."

Nothing, everything was nice.

"It was clean and convenient, and AC was great. Water pressure was good. Felt safe and secure. Property has all necessary amenities."

Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Small maintenance issues required but clean and spacious.

"Rocio e o Esposo extremamente solícitos e a casa super completa. Acomodou muito bem a mim e a minha família. Recomendo!"

"The owners are very friendly - they even celebrated New Year night with us. The property is very green and beautiful, and there is parking available inside the yard. The room is very large and spacious, and you can go swimming right outside your door. Snorkeling is great, especially near the shipwreck. There is a kayak, which my husband used to go fishing. Laundry service is available upon request. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bananas waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!"

"Quiet location in the mountain and great and helpful staff in any situation!"

"The Uncle and Aunty were very helpful and friendly. Upon receiving they have explained everything in clear words. Everything is written with clear instruction in the house so you don't have any issues using any stuff. It was a wonderful experience...perfect place for a family to stay."

There was nothing to be dislike there

"The views from the pool area were stunning. Tropical forest, mountains and sea ."

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Rauhallinen luonnonläheinen paikka hiihtolatujen lähellä. Autolla pääsi nopeasti rinteeseen, joko Southpoint tai Koillisrinteet. Talo oli todella tilava, tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja siisti, oli helppo järjestää illanvietto isommallekin porukalle. Hienot tilavat saunatilat ja poreallas tietenkin plussaa, tv-tila ja sen palvelut erinomaiset."

Jätteiden kierrätys olisi hyvä järjestää niin, että pystyy muovit, kartongit ja biojätteet viemään niille sopiviin paikkoihin.

"We loved the location and the size of the house, the added pool and desk chairs made for great relaxing. We made use of the outdoor bbq as well."

The only small complaint we had was the couch was a little dirty

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"The villa is huge! We loved the location because it was very serene and tranquil. No pretentious resort and loud music! We managed perfectly without the car. We walked a lot and met few local people in the village. People around are very friendly and chilled. The views are beautiful, beds comfortable, pool is a nice size. It was far too big for the two of us but we enjoyed the space thoroughly. We even walked to the Mount gay distillery… fairly long walk but again nice to see the area around. Two old men in the car stopped and asked if we wanted a lift, we thought that was very sweet. We walked few times to Speightstown for food and shopping. I wouldn’t bother with the restaurant Local and Co… very small portions and nothing special. Feels pretentious."

The private chef for us felt a bit too much. It’s nice to be cooked for but the idea of a villa to me is that we are alone and not that we have chef and cleaning lady there during the day. Plus the chef talks too much :) Some days we just cancelled the chef and made our own eggs for breakfast and went to eat in the local restaurant the fish pot which was pricey but very good and walkable. The best mahi mahi fish tacos I have ever had! I think the private chef is probably more viable when you have a larger party.
