We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

"Beautiful small resort, felt like a private home. The manager and staff were excellent. Food cooked at the resort was exquisite. Service provided was of high quality. Great help with booking boat excursions."

Lovely property but needs a little refurbishing. More for the Island’s government to consider: The Island could have better (and cleaner) walking paths between all the resorts, beaches and the Village.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"Hotellin sijainti keskeisellä paikalla useamman metrolinjan läheisyydessä. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällisiä. Hotelli oli siisti ja meillä valittuna Club-huone, johon kuului joka päivä täytetty juomavalikoima (ei alkoholilliset) jääkaapissa, aamiainen omassa loungessa, iltapäiväkahvit ja pientä purtavaa sekä illalla coctailit/viinit myöskin samaisessa lounge tilassa. Tarjolla pientä suolaista ja makeaa, hedelmiä ja juustoja keksien kera."

Meille hotelli täytti kaikki odotukset, ja olimme tyytyväisiä sekä hotelliin että palveluun. Ei jäänyt mitään negatiivista mieleen.

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Sijainti erinomainen. Hotellin saunassa hyvät löylyt (varaus yksityiseen käyttöön). Aamupala hyvä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta."

Huoneen kokolattiamatto jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Äänieristys huono.

"Pienehkö hotelli hiljaisella alueella kuitenkin lähellä kaikkia nähtävyyksiä joko kävellen tai julkisilla (raitiovaunut 4 tai 6, metrolinja M2 tai M4). Hotellin läheisyydestä löytyy muutamia ravintoloita ja baareja. Huoneet pienehköjä mutta toimivia."

Aktiviteetteja olisi voinut olla enemmän esim. lautapelit tai paikallinen kulttuuri.

"Hyvä ranta. Riittävästi henkilöstöä. Ruuhkainen aamiainen ja pienet juomalasit. Paljon sotaa käyvän maan kansalaisia."

Huonepalvelu kävi joka ilts klo 21 paikkeilla häiritsemässä, kysymässä tarviiko lisäpyyhkeitä. Aamiaisella loppui osa ruuista. Lähikauppoja esim ruokia/juomia varten ei ole.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"The staff were beyond helpful! Very lovely location and has everything you need. Couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be staying here again in the future."

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.
