"I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was honestly perfect. The location is great, the facilities are excellent, and everything is well taken care of. But what truly made the difference for us was the staff. The doormen in particular were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. I’ve experienced good service at other top hotels before, but here it felt real and sincere. You can actually feel when people truly care, and that was definitely the case here. The staff, especially the doormen, are the reason this hotel deserves a solid 10/10. We would absolutely come back."

"Kylpyhuoneiden silikonisaumat huonossa kunnossa - epäsiistit. Lisäksi kylpyhuoneissa oli vain yksi suihkupyyhe ja kylpytakki vaikka meitä oli neljä henkilöä sviitissä. Vessapaperia oli myös vähän, tosin sitä sai lisää rullan kerrallan pyytämällä. Ilmastoinnin ohjaus käyttöpaneelista ei toiminut toivotulla tavalla."
