"The staff in the hotel were excellent, we were checked-in by ismayil and he was very helpful and attentive. We were fasting and the hotel allowed us to pre-order breakfast and it would be delivered to our room, the choice was excellent and varied. Across the whole hotel the staff were so helpful, never felt like we were bothering them. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and the service in the W has been the best."

"Aamiainen oli riittävä. Joinakin päivinä ruuhkaisempi kuin toisina. Allasalue ja ranta mukava. Pyyhkeet ja vesipullot sai altaalle. Huonesiivous oli toimiva. Sijainti hyvä, noin 1km City Center Malliin. Kävellen taittui kivasti, vaikka lämmintä pukkasi."

"Ensiluokkainen henkilökunta ja ystävällinen palvelu. Hotelli oli hyvin siisti ja huoneet siivottiin erinomaisesti. Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamiainen erinomainen. Kuntosali oli myös tasokas hotellin kuntosaliksi."
