"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"

"The staff in the hotel were excellent, we were checked-in by ismayil and he was very helpful and attentive. We were fasting and the hotel allowed us to pre-order breakfast and it would be delivered to our room, the choice was excellent and varied. Across the whole hotel the staff were so helpful, never felt like we were bothering them. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and the service in the W has been the best."

"Sisäänkirjautuminen oli toivottoman hidasta. Saavuimme klo 2 yöllä hotelille 1-vuotiaan lapsen kanssa. Sisäänkirjautumisessa meni noin 30 minuuttia ja etukäteen pyytämääni vauvansänkyä ei oltu viety huoneeseen. Ei ollut mukavaa odotella keskellä yötä pienen lapsen kanssa."

"Ensiluokkainen henkilökunta ja ystävällinen palvelu. Hotelli oli hyvin siisti ja huoneet siivottiin erinomaisesti. Sijainti oli hyvä ja aamiainen erinomainen. Kuntosali oli myös tasokas hotellin kuntosaliksi."
